Exporting 720pn footage for website

Hey everybody,
I did a search on the forum and didnt find exactly what I needed so I decided to start this topic.

We just shot a short 7 minute skimboarding documentary with the hvx and redrock and are trying very hard to get it up and running on a website to show some potential sponsers. The quality I am going after is the quality of the videos on the Redrock website on their user footage page. The same size and everything. Does anyone know the exact steps I would have to take directly from FCP 6?

thank you very much.

The Qt7 H.264 Presets in Compressor would be a good place to start. Then you experiment from there for desired file size. Also if you have a few extra bucks- getting Cleaner or Episode would do the job even better.

That deadland movie is a h.264 QT movie with 1563.86 kbits/s rate and 23.98 fps.

Set up a custom preset in Compressor on your Mac after you have exported out of FCP with QuickTime movie current settings, audio and video self contained, and sit back and wait.

BTW, Noah doesn't look anything like his avatar.
