Thanks everybody!
We all had a little chat today, and agreed that no matter how engrossed we are in a conversation with a customer, we have to always take note to see if there's someone waiting for service in the front lobby. As filmmakers, we tend to go overboard putting ourselves in our customers shoes in order to make the best suggestions. That kind of puts us in a haze  . We are not about to stop doing that,
but we made a conscious decision to make sure that everyone is taken care of. Since there are only six of us salespeople at EVS, we can also sometimes get overwhelmed with an onrush of business. Hopefully we'll get some additional people on board, and we will be able to handle larger volume. The owners are very particular about the personalities of those they hire, so it is a bit of a process.
