Well you know how it is hard to find good, relible and trusted reseler on internet, just look on http://www.resellerratings.com/ 90% of them scam.
I just got excelent service from EVS online, and think lots of people who was searching for trusted place that doesn't burn hole in packet.
I purchase stuff around $4500 from them and was impress by speed and quality they provided.
Very well trained stuff who know what they doing.

I like you guys because in all 3 transactions (more to come) there has been no bullshit, no upsells, no false claims. Just straight-up service and no fluff.

Orders have come when stated, billing has been as stated and in fact, instead of being upsold, I was actually sold down on one of my purchases due to my level of experience and needs required.

Being in Canada I also have been very please with the service from EVS and Rush. I will keep buying there...

Yeah.. I eagerly chose EVS for our main support over here at DVXuser because back in the day when the DVX100 was new, Panasonic Canada was almost useless at answering any of my questions and every local store that had the DVX100 here (at that point not many) The salesmen were only interested in the sale rather then helping me choose the right camera. I then called Cody over at EVS and talked with him a few times for what seemed like hours, he always responded to my stupid questions very fast, and never pressured me.

This means even more to me now after meeting him down in LA a few months ago and realizing how busy the guy was. He supported the site from early on when we had maybe 50 members and continues to support us with great service and special pricing.

I think I met Rush at DVexpo (I think at that point he had no idea who I was, nor did I know who he was) but shortly after he registered here and has helped answer some questions and continues to offer fantastic support to everyone here.

Thanks Vovka for taking a thread to thank EVS, they sure deserve every praise they get, as there are so many fly by night places out there its nice to have a company that cares... even if they are in a different country. (They have been very welcoming to all us Canadians)

Let me add my kudos... I ordered from EVS this morning, over the phone. Malachi took my order. He was well-informed, unhurried, interested in my projects, and all with no pressure to make additional purchases.

Although I've soaked up my current savings with this purchase, I plan to go back to EVS in the future!!!

I just wanted to compliment Rush for his outstanding service with my recent purchase. Although, my camera did come in with a bad LCD (hoping to get this exchanged ASAP), Rush was excellent. The camera actually came in a day early and he called to make sure I received it. Apparently, FedEx had our "Signature on File" and left it on our front porch. This was a mistake by FedEx (I just recently moved to this residence). Regardless, I was able to quickly have my wife retrieve the package. I must say that I am more than impressed with the service and will be recommending them to several other videography companies that I regularly work with.

I too had a great experience with EVS. I wanted a camera for a shoot this weekend and they came through for me. They even price matched Birns & Sawyer (Who ran out of cameras before I got there).
I will have to say they, (Birns & Sawyer), did send me to EVS to look for my new DVX100A. That was cool of them. Rush was a pleasure to work with. I'll be shopping there again.

I purchased a dvx 100a on Monday around 10:00 a.m. and talked with Malachi. He was very helpful in getting me setup with a great package deal for $3875. It included camera, warranty, Azden SGM1X mic, battery, xlr cable and a bag from Varizoom. I was expecting it to arrive tomorrow, and that I waouldnt be able to get to play with it until I came home after work. But to my suprise, it was already here this evening. Thanks to EVS for there excellent service and support that you have given to all of us. I look forward to doing business again in the future. 8)

today....called EVS to get tracking number...Fed Ex says it will be here tommorow before 4:30. Ten minutes later....the dogs bark!

Unfortunately, it arrived 30 DANG minutes before I had to go to work(where I am posting this from) so it will be about 2:45am before I get to play! But I have Wed and Thurs off....very very good! I am ready to rock!

For sure. Jarred, lets order somthing from Canada and then refuse it. ;D The teeth aren't quite big enough.
