If the quality is soo much higher than HD, as it seems to be in the picture comparison on the website. What is editing going to be like? Are we going to need a huge monster of a computer to be able to even view it and edit the footage?
Also, how cost effective is this going to be? Not only will you have to buy/rent the camera, you will need the crazy machine to edit it, plus output it to something that can be viewed (i.e. film or hd if theaters move to HD projectors)
If it doesn't come out cheaper than film or HD, I don't see why people would turn to this new technology. Maybe waaaaay in the future it will be cost effective. I love the idea, it seems like if there will be some way to make this cheaper, it will be huge. But in the near future, I dont see it making a huge explosion in the industry. Just my opinion.
