Monday April 20th 7PM - This is a private meeting room so up to the first 60 persons who register can attend!!!! Just PM me and I will put you down.

At the beautiful Brazilian restaurant http://pampasusa.com

located at http://www.miraclemileshopslv.com/home.php inside of Planet Hollywood Casino by tram or if by cab tell them off of Harman Street.

Cost which is all inclusive of tax, tips and food is $50.00 per person. This is not an admission price but what your dinner will cost for the night which is a great deal and is $13.00 off the regular price.

If you haven't been to a Brazilian restaurant here is the scoop:

They have a hot/cold bar of cheese, breads, smoked meats and salads that are all that you can eat. Parade of Meats, including New York Steak, Filet dusted with Parmesan Cheese, Picanha, Roast Pork, Roast Lamb, Grilled Chicken, Smoked Ham and Pineapple, Brazilian Sausage and Turkey wrapped in bacon,
all hand carved at your table in true Brazilian fashion and as much as you can possibly stomach!!!

Then when you have settled down dessert will finish it off for you. The only items that are not included in the price are alcoholic beverages.

This might seem pricey but I looked long and hard for a private meeting location that will not care if we are there for 4 hours and will be quiet enough to have a conversation. For a really good restaurant in Vegas if you haven't been you will spend 25-30 per person for an entree :) so this is a really good deal.

I'll be there on Monday, but my flight out leaves at 9pm. That may be cutting it too close.

We have over 20 persons signed up now and some from another forum :) cheers see all of you there i actually changed my plane to arrive on Saturday as i want one day to see some magic shows -
 
looks like we are close to 30 persons now - so if you meet someone at the event you can invite them as we have room for 60 - Also no money will go to me - the $50.00 fee is to the restaurant that you will pay directly as this is not a ticketed event-

Thanks for organizing the meet and greet. It was a lot of fun with some delicious food and great company. We'll have to do it again next NAB!
 
Wish I could have been there. Would have loved to share a some stories and tips over a Xingu with all of you...
 
I was disappointed by NAB last time, and this year Cinegear was so much better by comparison.
 
earlier the better so folks can start making travel arrangements and such...

I'll try to plan my arrival so I'm not rolling into the event after a 14 hour drive :)
