Drama-Fest Information

Maybe it should have been Glenn or Glenda? :) That's how we make sure the entries are produced for DVXFest and not your recycled old shorts. Believe me, when I say we don't want your old shorts.

Aha!!! That can be fixed with a little ADR...no? :Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)

What if there is no dialogue in the film? How can we identify the name 'Eric' or 'Erica'. Is a visual reference good enough, something like a name tag or photograph that says either name... I haven't thought up an idea yet but there's a good chance I will have no spoken dialogue in the film.

Geoff that works! I thought about doing the same things, like a letter, or a box with the name written on it...

I think I just wet myself. Very cool. Great idea with the common name.

I'm off to get started.

P.S. you guys rock

[*]All films must be "R" rated or lower. Our "R" rating is pretty loose and it’s a hard R.[/LIST] “In the opinion of the Rating Board, this film definitely contains some adult material. Parents are strongly urged to find out more about this film before they allow their children to accompany them. An R-rated film may include strong language, violence, nudity, drug abuse, other elements, or a combination of the above, so parents are counseled in advance to take this advisory rating very seriously.”
i dug up some ideas from my "future projects" folder. i have a frontrunner, but the nature of the story was originally conceived to involve full frontal nudity, both male and female. will that fly? i'm completely serious.

well, i don't mean to give the impression that it would be exploitive or for superficial reasons. i'm interested in exploring the spiritual dimension of human sexuality.

LOL! What about some old socks? I have plenty of them!

first they thought about victor/victoria but they thought people would get confused with genre....

Hey Mark, are you going to post a review of how it went last night? I hope that it was fun and successful!

Ted

It was pretty cool to see the flicks on the big screen. A lot of them fell apart image-wise though with the blow up. The best looking ones were Dear Jane and Halfway. The rest looked pretty soft. Oh The seeing was ok not too soft but it had moments where it was though. Adapters really need to be tested on big screens before using it seems.
