Does the GH2 exhibit any aliasing? I know it supposedly doesn't exhibit any aliasing in ETC mode. Does the camera exhibit any aliasing in regular recording mode?

Not sure this is accurate. Seems the other way around.Yep, it does.
It seems to be the same amount as the GH1 exhibits, but because the image is sharper it seems slightly more severe (nothing like the canons though; it's B&W so it's not nearly as bad). Still the best DSLR on the market regarding aliasing though.

How on earth is Moire and aliasing worse on your GH2 than the Canon you had?!? That goes against every single observation I have made myself, heard commented or read online.

In other than 24P its not bad but still more than on my 550D,that is how on earth moire is worse.
Definitely see some Canon style aliasing on the roof at 1:12, but I feel it looks generally pretty good considering all those treacherous repeated patterns with bricks, walls, etc. However sometimes I have the feeling the video is a bit soft and there are definitely passages where nothing seems to be in focus (1:01). Almost as if there was a Caprock filter over the lens. Could just be the Vimeo compression though.
