General Does the Canon 90D have DPAF in 4k?

The 90D is $1200, EOS R with EF mount adapter is $1800: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1433710-REG/canon_eos_r_mirrorless_digital.html

If you need to buy 10, sure $600 = $6000, however if buying one as a main stills + video camera, the EOS R makes a lot of sense for those with lots of Canon FF glass.

Each camera has pros & cons, the 1DX II's 4K is pretty decent (and only a ~1.3x crop) and takes class-leading stills, the EOS R is a good all around camera, and supports 10-bit 422 CLog output if you want super detailed footage (I use 4K in 100Mbit IPB most of the time to save disk space- it's detailed enough for YT/IG for medium and wides. For close ups the soft 1080p post sharpens well to 4K). I use the 80D as a backup to the EOS R, though should probably sell it as it's not getting much use lately.

Will the 1DX III and EOS R (pro) come out before the Sony A7S III? Those and perhaps the Red Komodo with RF mount + DPAF are the cameras I'm looking forward to seeing hit the market.
