DId I get a good deal or screwed

I bought 4 minolta lenses for 125 bucks. a 50mm f1.7, a 28mm f2.8, a 300mm f4.5 and a 3x teleconverter. I was looking on ebay and the minolta brand seems pretty cheap. Does anyone have any experience with these lenses? did i make a good buy?

If you're happy with the quality of the images you get from them, I'd say you did fine.

Lenses are a very subjective thing.

The 50 1.7 is a very good, sharp lens. The 28mm is a good lens if Minolta, and some of the other brands are good as well. A 300 mm prime at 4.5 I'm not familiar with, but hey, 300mm. A 3x converter *might* have some video uses where sharpness is not always a good thing, but 3x converters are usually not optimal. Just the 28mm and the 50mm could easily run $120, so no question there is some value there, depending on whether there is oil on the iris or dirt inside the lenses, and so on.
