Unless you have the required Adobe Flash application, there is no support in Compressor at all.
There are a number of inexpensive Mac compatible Flash converter available. But Compressor does not have a flash converter because flash is an Adobe product.

Xilisoft FLV Converter converts videos to FLV. The FLV converter automatically detects your CPU for dual-core or multi-core processor so that it will maximize its speed for the fastest video conversion possible. Convert more in less time by converting them in batches simultaneously, without slowing your computer down. Supported types are MPEG, AVI, WMV, DivX, XviD, MP4, MOV, M4V, ASF, and RM.)
once you have the FLV file, i would recommend using the free FLV player from www.FLV.com
good luck!
