Contacting Tamron Japan

Does anyone know how to contact Tamron in Japan? I don't find an email address at their web site.

I want to make a product suggestion and the Long Island customer service group said that they don't have an email address for me. It would be real helpful if I could find an english-speaking person there.
 
No. That's why I'm hoping for an address that will reach an English-speaking person. Thanks for asking.
 
Yes, thank you, but that is just US distribution. This morning, I contacted them and they told me that any product development suggestions should go to Japan, but that they don't have an email address for contacting them. Crazy, eh?
 
lol, that is crazy.

My suggestion, call them every single day until someone finds out that information for you.

on the website, i only found a physical address for the company in Japan:

1385 Hasunuma, Minuma-ku, Saitama-city,
Saitama 337-8556, JAPAN


although sending a letter through that address might not be fruitful.

what do you want to suggest? maybe other 3rd party lens manufacturers can do it?
