Congrats to JDS

You came to the chocolate factory thinking you might get a lifetime supply of chocolate, and you ended up with the whole factory. Congratulations Charlie, err, I mean Jack.

You know ... that is exactly how I feel.

Barry and David thank you so much, it's quite obviously a dream come true. If there's one person who is perhaps more elated than me its my girlfriend who HATES working on movies and producing, but does it anyway just because she's better than any man deserves. But this means, at least for the duration of this project, no more painting our living room or moving all of our stuff to the basement, etc.

So again many thanks Barry and David, but I also have to thank DVXuser. The members and mods here have kept me going and inspired me greatly.

And of course a very big thanks to Jarred as well. Thanks for the backyard and the support and ton more

Cheers all

Also ... could not have done this latest efffort to a fraction of the degree that we pulled it off without my insane Co-producer/Co-Dp/VFX master Mark Johnson.

There are some killer shots for the final cut that weren't in the contest cut ... so those are coming soon.

Thanks again Mark

:thumbup:Hay Jack! After you're done taking pictures with the new HVX don't forget to call me for the shipping address to my house! LOL:beer:

Wow that is great news. Congratulations again Jack! Looking forward to the feature. I'm sure you'll keep us all updated as much as you can. :)

I think you can easily quibble over the Horrorfest exact rankings, but you have to admit that Jack is very talented, dedicated to his craft and agressively pursuing his career in filmmaking. You can't argue that Jack won't put that HVX to good use and come up with some great stuff. Not to say there aren't some other incredibly talented filmmakers around here.

I'm looking forward to see this JDS/Barry Green joint and look for my cameo as a dismembered rotting corpse. :) My congratulations to Jack and Mark and the rest of his talented cast and crew.

Big congratulations Jack!!!

This turned out how it should... and now on to bigger and better things. I can't wait to see what transpires.

Best,

Jason

Congratulations Jack! Your determination is awe inspiring. If you keep going like this you'll be governor of California within the next 20 years! Go man, Go!

Way to go, Jack! You are a filmmaking juggernaut. DVXuser will have to retire your jersey number after this.

Good luck with the feature.

Way to go Jack! Rekindled, as all of your other shorts, was really well done. Keep the train rolling, man. I can't wait to say "I remember back when he made Shed for the DVX fest in 2005."
