Codec Avid?

I got a commercial from the local TV station (picked it up as a data DVD with the 30 second spot on it)

When I got back to the workplace and threw the disk in the edit box I find the files is a
Avid HD100 file (I think) My PC/CS5 box won't recognise it......#$%&

Any freebie progs out there that will convert this one file to something I can use on a NON Avid box?

That's the official release, it's completely free, download the codec and install it, you should be able to watch and work with the files now.

Thanks. I'll try it tommorow at work. Odd thing is I have studio 14 installed on that box. (I use it to burn avchd disks to dvd so clients can see the projects in bluray/hd without buying bluray disks)
