My main concern had to do with membership to the site. While I have been visiting DVXUser for close to a year now, I only joined recently. I wasn't sure if that played into participating in the contest or not. I'll submit regardless, but I'd understand if it wasn't apart of the competition.

Plus I have guilt from being a bad "citizen" and not participating when you all have been very helpful (more so than any forum I have ever visited). I feel like I should buy everyone a round of drinks or something...

After much debating (seriously)...I've decided to participate. I really want to be a part of this monumental event.

Ok, off to writing...
 
What late? You've got five weeks to make a 5 minute zombie film. You could shoot a feature in 5 weeks. :thumbsup:

unfortunatelly I am just going to shoot a zombie film in August, but it is going to be longer than 5 min. and we are not going to use DVX100 :(

and the script is still not ready. that is gonna be very very hard.
