Cheap Primes---wide?

What are some cheap primes--$200 or less used for video?
I have the 50mm 1.8
Canon EF 17-35mm F/2.8 L
nikon or canon doesnt matter since i have an adapter--my friend is lending my some L lenses but when i dont have them I would like some to use

looking at mostly wides--28 or lower

how good is the Vivitar 28mm 2.8?thanks

I bought a Vivitar 24mm for a hundred bucks new a few years ago. It was so cheap I had nothing to loose. Guess what, it's a great lens what ever anybody says.

It is getting hard to get nikon 24 f2 and 20 f2.8 so I have seen these going for $300+ on ebay which is getting pretty steep IMHO. You may want to look at other brands that people don't normally think of. Just make sure you can get the proper adapter.
