Cheap, Fast Zooms

An update for anyone who's still subscribed to this thread - got the Tokina 70-200 2.8 (FD mount) and it works wonderfully. Thanks again to all!

Yes, I realize they don't exist. But what are the least expensive, fast zoom lenses out there for micro 4/3 via adapters? I like the focal length of the 14-140 but 4.0-5.6 is far too slow for certain situations, since I'm using a GH1 and therefore not going over 800 ISO if I can avoid it.

The cheapest solution I can recommend:

Buy a good shoulder mount or monopod
Then get a Vivitar 28-105mm 2.8-3.8 Series 1 Macro. It's 4.0 on the long end...but is under $100 bucks, sometimes as low as $50 on ebay and some people really love it. Just do research and get a good copy, there's several variations. Komine and Version 3 being the notables.
