T2i Cheap adapter?

I have a few nikon lens (from a film cam) and would like to try them on my new T2i.
I've been seeing threads here about going to ebay and getting one for $50-60.
I went to BH and looked.......here's one for $29.......Is this what I would need or am I missing something? Why so cheap (Pricewise)

I don't know about that exact NIKON to CANON EOS adapter by Cinevate, but it looks identical to one I just received from a Hong Kong ebay seller ADPLO. I thought the quality felt solid as I put it on the lens. BUT then I couldn't remove it from the lens without struggling for an hour. It really hurt my fingers with its carved out, not-beveled-enough edges. I finally figured out how to remove it using a cloth to grip and turning slowly but really tightly. Its cheap enough to leave on your lens permanently, if you're ok with that.
