The Glidecam - wow. It transforms a basic boring shot into something amazing. Have you used the merlin before ? For 1/2 the price I need to do some serious considerations as the footage looks great.

Thank you!! Really appreciate the comment. I was so excited to get out and skate and film skating. I've been so busy doing wedding stuff all summer. But yes, the Glidecam does the trick nice.. LOVE IT, so fun to shoot with.

I just want to go 4000 and camera but I might bounce between my hvx 200 and the 7d and might put a 7 inch marshall monitor on it.....

do you think the 2000 could deal with a 7 inch marshall or no way?

I just want to get the glidecam only so debating between the 2000 and the 4000

love your stuff....

how do you look at the lcd monitor? it seems on a bright day it might be tough

do you just set your focus to one thing and just run with it?
