Hi folks,
I bought a firewire cable today, wanted to do some basic editing in Windows Movie Maker for You Tube clips.
I have a windows xp laptop. My computer does recognize the camera, but I cant capture the video from my camera, on the tape. I have tried a few settings from advice on other posts, but i keep getting errors that the "the video was not captured correctly. Verify that your video camera and capture device are configured correctly."
I shot in HD, [FONT="]the camera is in VCR mode and auto signal standard selected the downconversion is turned off.
Can someone take me through the basics on this?
