Anyone using the Canon EF 11-24mm f/4L USM on the C300MKII? I'm about to buy this camera and wondered if it would be a nice lens for it. If someone had samples I could see it would be appreciated.

Robert, the lens is very nice on any of the C series cameras....but, with being so wide, you want to be careful with movement shots....don't move too fast in panning and really look at any tilting movement....it can be a bit un-nerving. We can help you with both so stop on in!That's good to know.
... I was concerned about the barrel distortion....
While it's a great lens, personally, to me, it seems as if you are wasting a lot of it's potential shooting S35 with it, you are only using the center circle and lens designers spend most of their time working on and sweating about image quality at the outer edges. If you have a FF stills camera, then it might be worth it? I have the 10-18mm STM IS, which is obviously a lot cheaper in every respect but as far as focal length and FOV, I rarely use it. Ultra wides are terrible for shooting people and I mostly shoot actors and interviews.
