A little short I put together from the 4th of July 2012. Shot in Hoboken, NJ.

ISCORAMA 50mm f2.8 Anamorphic Lens
Graded in Apple Color

It's hard to see the grain structure in the vimeo compression, but the Canon C300 has a really filmic Kodak 500ASA feel.

Anamorphic + out of focus fireworks = hella cool

Did you put the prism filter before or after the anamorphic for the multi-image effects?

The prism was after the anamorphic element.

Yeah I noticed the flickering in post. I'm fairly sure I could find a shutter angle to get rid of them. Not positive though.

This is the grain straight out of the camera. I did color correct the footage, but no de-grain.
