Cannot "Log and Transfer" 720 Files??

Hello - I am pulling my hair out here...

I have no problem with the 1080 P2 files...
but when I try to "Log and Transfer" 720 files...
I get a red colored "!" symbol to the right of the file image - after a little while - why?
The progress bar is not showing progress at all like it usually does.

What am I doing wrong?

I'm guess you are on Final Cut Pro.

Have you shot 720/24pn? If so, have changed the log and transfer preferences to eliminate "remove pulldown?"
