i wish we could go back to the old days when they put cocaine in coke.
Like back when all we had to worry about were "Injuns" and being stuck in a Wagon Train with dysentery?

No wonder the flight attendant asked Ryan Bingham if he wanted the cancer.

Yeah, I know you're just being silly. But silly doesn't mean much of anything stacked against clinical research. Not even against bad clinical research.
You will not find a group of medical researchers that say 'soft drinks are not that bad for you'.One group will tell us soft drinks are bad, and the next day another group will tell us it's not that bad for us.
Here's a simple idea... Anything done in moderation is fine, abusing by overconsumption is bad.
For those who are trying to be witty -- as a cancer survivor myself, I can tell you it's not funny.
Actually that's called "you need a dictionary".Say I ONLY drank a regular coke on the very rare occasion. That's called "moderation".
Having lost relatives to cancer I can tell you, it's NOT funny. I didn't see anyone joking about the disease.
you'll have to rip the can of coke from my cold dead hands. (assuming i still have them after the cancer. )

Since when does pancreatic cancer treatment include the amputation of hands?
One of my favorite teachers died of this cruel disease. It was shortly after he retired. From what I observed, he maintained healthy habits. Researchers have a lot more to uncover.
The "oh he didn't mean anything, that's just the way he is" defense really doesn't fly.
