Shouldn't these guys get banned from the forum for shamelessly hawking products that they're not authorized to resell?

EBay

EBay

They should also have read Dvxuser's Ebay ad policy before posting. This stuff is listed on Ebay as well...big no no.

I am undeleting this thread, just so I can make everyone fully aware of this companies standing with us and others:

They are not welcome here, first. They are engaging in unauthorized advertising on this board (spamming the board). They have been banned from this forum once and have rejoined here to make this thread.

They are NOT an authorized dealer of indiFOCUS or Letus. I repeat they are NOT authorized dealers. They claim to be resellers as well.

The only reason they can consider themselves resellers is that they buy the products and then "re-sell" them.

I have spoken with Tim @ indiFOCUS and Hien @ Letus. Both confirm that they are NOT an Authorized Dealer of their products.

There are also some pictures in that post that come directly from the indiFOCUS website. One could "allege" that those pictures (which are copyrighted) are being used without permission.

Anyways, buyer beware. Just want to give you guys the real scoop and let you make your own decision.

If you want indiFOCUS products or Letus products, they are both actually sponsors here (we dont' let just anyone and their mom sponsor here, you know). Buy from them. Letus does have an authorized dealer. LetusDirect.

Take care,
Jason
