Will this work or no?

No, the adaptor shown here is to put EOS lenses onto a micro 4/3rds body and not the other way around.

It's not possible to adapt a micro 4/3rds lens to an EOS camera for a number of reasons. Most importantly the flange focal distance between the lens and sensor is too long on the Canon - the m4/3 lens would need to be inside the canon body for it to focus properly. The image circle would also likely be too small to cover the entire sensor of an APS-C camera. Micro 4/3rds is designed as an entirely electronic system - the lenses require aperture to be controlled through the camera, and I believe the focus ring is not a true manual ring so would not work when not attached to the correct camera body.

Do you know if the EOS lenses by default (when they are not connected to the camera or when the camera is turned off) have their aperture at full wide? I though they were at minimum aperture by default which would make them unable to work on any other camera but an EOS, even with an adaptor? If these adaptors exist, there must be some way to use EOS lenses on my GH1, even if I don't have aperture control...
