Can the Nikon 105mm f/2.8 AF Micro be adapted to the Canon EOS mount?

I need a macro and I am trying to future proof my lenses so they will work on Canons and Pannys. Can the Nikon 105mm f/2.8 AF Micro be adapted to the Canon EOS mount?

I don't believe it is an AI-S lens, so not sure if a nikon adaptor will make it work with the EOS mount.

yes, all F-mount lenses can be adapted and used on EOS cameras.

You will not have auto focus or auto aperture though.

May I suggest this instead:

it has better manual focus and is MUCH cheaper.
