Calls From The Führerbunker

Start shooting tomorrow! Did some rough story boarding for the opening scene.
Should be a lot of fun. :)

Looks like I'll be pretty much on my own for this one again. Aside from the cast. Still waiting to hear back from one guy as a possible crew member.

I'll post some updates and maybe a few grabs from the first days footage. We'll only have a few hours so I'll have to hustle.

In a way I like it. The funny thing is... on my first short film I had a rather large crew. It dwindled over time. There really isn't a large film making interest around here. Toronto is the place to be for that.

It's all good though. :beer:
 
I just received a very important piece of the Führerbunker puzzle from a couple of German DVXuser Affiliate's. :)

So I wanted to voice a very special thank you to Jason and Susanne! Without them this movie probably wouldn't be possible. I will also be adding two German actors to the Cast section a little later as well.

I just thought that everyone should know what a great community we have going on here.

The incredible thing is so many of us have not - nor may ever - met, yet the camaraderie is both professional and heartfelt in a sincere wish to see each other succeed, in both big and small steps. Never seen anything like it.

Well, look around. You have generated a fair amount of support and fans. Sure, not as much here as in that other film thread I frequent, but more than most that have been burred in the many pages of the sub forum.

I hope the shoot went well today (it was today, right? Maybe I am having a memory lapse) In any case, I want stills! :)
