you are clearly not reading the thread.

the issue here isnt the supported project settings or timeline, it is that it imports the mpeg footage as 44 fps... read people..
 
Papa. where did you get your copy of Premiere? I know that the early beta releases had this 44 fps bug.

using the customized 24p hdv preset, the capture on my system is just fine and not 44fps.

Update*

The reason it wasn't working is a matter of the order of my operations.

i found out that i need to.. reinstall hte program, update with the patch, and THEN bring my DLL file back into the premier folder, now everything works fine with the 2.0 24f patch! weee
