I started a Facebook Page for BetrayalFest 2010. You can link from here.

I'm trying to link all of the posters back to the individual threads so that there is easy access if any of your friends or family is interested. Treat this page as an addendum... exterior marketing for BetrayalFest.

I would eventually like use this as an easy way to encourage viewing during the Screening portion of the fest. Right now everything simply points back to DVXUser, the threads, Rules and the Press Release.

I'd like to encourage everyone to get working on their posters as well... it's a visual representation of your film and I feel horrible not uploading each and ever single film to Facebook... simply because you don't have a poster. So come on guys: get cracking! Remember the more info you give, the more we have to share with the world and get more viewers in.

If you wanted to be even more awesome, I know that sounds impossible, you could link to the film's Facebook page. Many have them.:shocked:
 
Need more posters going up guys. I'm going to try to link every film and have the basic info available, but I'm going to need some help from you guys in terms of your own promotional materials. Don't be afraid to post photos or other promotional materials to the page.

Start your own facebook Pages (make sure to link back to Betrayalfest AND to your thread) and lets get active in full promotion.
 
I hadn't been checking the facebook page, but checked it when I made my own. You've been doing a great job updating it. Thanks for all your hard work Rodney!
 
Anybody else with facebook pages, please link them to the Betrayalfest page and/or post a link to your facebook pages in your thread. If you can add the links here as well I can consolidate them in the top post so it's all easy to find.
 
I'll definitely announce the Fest on my Facebook page. I'll probably just wait until closer to the viewing date.

Can't wait to watch all these! Looks like it's going to be a great Fest.

It's nothing to get upset about. I mean it looks like we're ahead of the game compared to at least half the other entries. Does that make you smile? :D
 
No... I just like to see each film with it's own identity not tied to one person is all... or one company. makes it easier to find and to follow... that's why it makes me sad... like for example, i like your film i tell a friend on facebook and say, here's the page.. they go to the company page and its all this opther stuff going on and the film stuff is almost lost and they get confused... clarity is a good goood thing.
 
I'm just thinkng that a film's identity can live forever.. with it's own page it's always got a home and is always easy to find....
