Best presets for shooting interviews

I'm shooting a series of interviews with elderly people, mostly indoors with a traditional 3-point light setup.

I'm adding no color Pink gel to my softbox to make their skin tones a tad healthier, but I'm looking for best presets to further improve these shots.

Have searched previous posts but couldn't find responses to this question.
