Best Express card 34 to 1394 adapter for MacBook Pro?

I'm looking for the best Express card 34 to 1394 adapter for MacBook Pro

and

a 4 to 6 pin firewire cable.

What's the best way to go for both these items? Is one way better than another?

What do you want this adapter for? The Macbook Pro already has 400 and 800 firewire ports.

My MacBook Pro has two usb ports, one 400 port and no 800 ports. I want to be able to go in from HVX and out to exterrnal hard drive so I need at least one more 400 port.
