Best Export Settings 720p Adobe CS3

Hi

I have just finished shooting a music video in 720 24pN, and when I exported the movie it is only playing audio in my windows media player. Is there a conversion or something that I need to do so that I get to play it on media player? If so, what is the best high quality setting from premiere pro cs 3 that I should encode it in?

Thanks

What did you encode it as? There are many file formats and types.

Raylight doesn't do anything for CS3. (It does make it possible to play MXFs in WMP, though. But that's not the issue because without it, you won't get audio, either.)

I shot to the p2 cards, imported the .mxf files to cs3 720p dvcprohd 720p 24p timeline, edited, and exported movie (no settings changed). I want to know:
1) Why the WMP plays it without video and only audio and
2) What to encode it in when exporting so that I can get a high quality video - avi, mpg, etc etc

Ok

I kinda figured out that the reason it probably isn't playing is because when I exported movie from the timeline to Microsoft AVI, I probably encoded it with something that is not compatible with WMP.
So, my main question now is:
To get the footage looking like I have it as in the timeline, what should I export it as? Microsoft AVI, Microsoft DV AVI? If so, what should be the codec to use to encode it? I know there are probably many, but I am sure that there must be one that's kinda standard and has great quality. I want to put it to dvd, but I also want a copy to be in avi form so I can run on laptops/pc etc if I have to share it.
