I read about this new Lithium-technology last year, sounds expensive, but seems to be the right thing for next-generation cameras and equipment, so I think that´d make a nice companion for Red cameras : www.a123systems.com

By the way, any infos if Red One will be a 12 or 24 Volt-powered system ?

I also hope for Antonbauer Goldmount as well. I'm not sure if there will be a 12V DC out of the camera, but with the Goldmount you can always run accessories from the Powertap.

RED ONE will run on 12v from a standard 4-pin XLR power connector as found on any profesional or broadcast video camera.

I'm sure you'll be able to slap on an AB or PAG, or V-mount [my personal fave] on somewhere as necesarry.
