AC90: Barry Green's AC90 book?

AFAIK it was for the AC90 and was only free on a special deal with Panasonic USA which Panasonic stopped doing. :-(
Otherwise it was only available as a book to purchase.
Perhaps a delta from the AC90 to AC90A might be available as a PDF download?
 
Thanks. I know Panasonic quit including the book so I was expecting it not to be with the camera. Some older stock sometimes still had the book or a card to mail in for the book. I had the book for the HMC150 so I know how great they are
 
The best part about those books is that you can learn so much from them even if you don't plan on ever using those cameras.
 
Yes the books help become better camera operators regardless of the particular camera. I'm grateful for the books. I owe much to the hmc book
