I am sure this is simple, but I am not sure what to do.
Normally when I shoot with my DVX and edit in Vegas, I make a folder for the project which contains more folders for footage, music and project files. In the project files folder I just save my Vegas files to. In the music folder, I put the music I use in the video. And in the Footage folder, I put my captured footage. If I want to edit the same project on my laptop, I just take the whole folder and re locate where my media is.
Do all the folders that came off the P2 card go into my "footage" folder, if I want to back up the video that makes up the project? Like, do I only need the .mxf video files? Even though there was more stuff that came off the p2?
