Autumn - A Cure for Boredom

Actually i disagree with disjecta the movement gave it a haunting kind of poignancy. I thought it was great. Yes he did go crazy with the focusing but overall as something that you never planned as coherent piece it worked really really well - i look forward to more of your work.

Krummi,
Did you use uprezzing software like Disjecta uses? the quality of the image looks similar to Disjecta's work, but that may be because all your shots were closeups, which always look better than wide shots on dv.

Wow the colors were so vibrant. I liked the rack focuses, I think they worked with your handheld shots. It depressed me a little though. Keep up the good work.

Nope. No software. Just plain jane DVX :)

Yeah. I tend to stay away from wide shots since they give the DV away...I was actually a bit surprised how good the DVX can look and how well it handles color correction and constrast changes. II was fearing that the colors of the rose would bleed but they didn't...

I think you captured the autumn colors well. I liked your depth of field testing and cc. Sorry no critique here, I enjoyed it for what it was.

These shots looked great! composition and the colors are very good. And like previously stated, the score fit very nicely. Really did give me an uneasy or eerie feeling.

Any more technical info you can give us. Expand on the contract, sat, and cc specs a little?

Any pedestal or gamma changes in the camera? In other words, "How can I do this too"?

Adrian
