Doesn't the Ninja currently record to pro res?

How is that different than showing pro res footage from any other source?

It does indeed record ProRes however I have nothing
that's from ProRes in a 4:2:2 color space. Also I would be interested
in finding out how the specific footage from the unit at a 220MB bit rate (max)
would perform.

I can export files and the like from an AE project however I still would prefer
a real world image instead of modified 3d/motion graphics.

David, the OP is requesting FS100 footage captured directly to ProRes, bypassing the highly compressed AVCHD files the camera itself generates.

I'm trying the say that output from the FS100 to a pro res file will show pro res, no different than any other pro res.

But I'm guessing that the request is a pro res file from the FS100 sensors is what someone wants.

you can A/B it with the FS's h.264, diff key, look carefully into noise in the shadows, try sceondaries to isolate lips from skin with minimal artifacts - the list goes on...

I have some A/B footage, but cannot share it without permissions that i'm not even going to try to ask for, i won't get permission and i know it ;-)
