I not familiar with him, but any seller with over 500 transactions and 100% feedback is definitely legit. It's almost impossible to sell that much and not have at least a few people that aren't happy with their purchase.
Whatever you're looking to buy, go for it.

There are a number of indian sellers on ebay selling the same products. They're either all owned by the same person or getting their stock from the same supplier. Also trades under the names pro-aim, dvaccessory and a number of other identities. It is a well established low end brand with mixed reviews but noone is complaining at the prices. Search under "pro-aim" to find reviews and products.
I've been checking these out for a while but haven't forked out yet so I can't personally comment on the quality, I would be expecting sub-professional but functional. I'm thinking about getting one of their matte boxes. From my research the general consensus seems to show a slight improvement in quality and service from the indians over the last couple of years. I've read a lot of reviews and noted the dates of reviews. Issues I've read about have generally concerned sloppy, imprecise manufacture and poor packaging (seems to have improved) resulting in minor damage in transit. The parts themselves are supposed to be of reasonable quality in terms of materials at least and a number of reviews have mentioned the products were fine after doing a simple handyman job on them. "You get what you pay for" but also "happy at the price".
On the whole, comparative reviews are favouring the current range of chinese made products and seem to suggest that their customer service is better. I've only bought from india on ebay once and got ripped off whereas china I've bought from dozens of times and only been ripped off once. But then for comparison the worst country on ebay i've dealt with (actual stores is a different story) has been america (ripped off four out of five times and the worst after sales service bar none) followed by australia (where I'm from, four out of seven) - the two countries I thought I could trust. In fact only the UK and germany have been honest from the west but the exchange rate is a killer once you add postage. I buy a lot from eastern europe (no issues - the dodgy ones are really obvious) and china - parts of the world I was initially cautious of, so on ebay country of origin seems to mean very little (except possibly nigeria!).
All that said, half the reviews I have read online and watched on youtube are clearly commissioned by the sellers. Only a few are sourced by reputable reviewers and the rest by people who don't even know what the basic parts are called (why film an onboxing? waste.of.time.). But at least you get more than a couple of fuzzy pictures of the product and get to see it in action. I'm usually inclined to spend a little more on most products and get the right thing. But even though I haven't used a matte box before, as far as I can tell it just blocks light and holds filters. I don't see why it has to cost $1000+ if I'm not a war correspondent so I'm going to take the chance this time on crying more than once. After months of research I took a chance on some cheaper (not cheapest) fresnels from china recently and I've had no issues so far. So I'm feeling lucky. That said, factoring in the time lost on research maybe the right thing would be cheaper....
