1DC: Anyone have a better email to take a complaint up the Canon Cinema EOS chain?

Camera went in for service and would like to move a complaint up the chain.

Tech support only directed me to the corporate Media/PR email on the CanonUSA website which is:

Corporate Communications Division

Anyone else have any other direct, real person emails for Cinema EOS customer complaints?

You could just look up the CEO's address on WhitePages.com and send him a personal letter.
