C300: Anyone else excited about the rumors of the XC20?

Might get your wish with the new M50...probably will not have C-Log or any WDR options, but could be a nice little 4K camera from Canon:

If Canon pair the XC20 with this new rumored 20x lens and improve the internal codec they
could have a very interesting run and gun camera.

I'm hoping that any new C300III update will encourage Canon to offer internal 10bit 4K 4:2:2 on the C200.
This may not happen, but with shrinking markets and falling sales, it may be time for Canon to
go for broke. Recent reports suggest that they have finally realised the need to up the specs
on their DSLR and new Mirrorless cameras.

If they do offer interenal 4K 8bit 4:2:2 on the C200 I could see myself jumping ship, unless
Panasonic produce a killer DVX300 interchangeable camera based on the GH5 sensor.

Interesting times ahead, looking froward to seeing what's NAB 2018 has in store.
