C200: Any good deals on the C200 out there?

It might drop if there's another camera on the horizon. As of now, the horizon is clear.

And C200 is selling well still.

And CFast 2.0 card prices have dropped a lot since the 2017 release date, with the Angelbird 1 TB going for $899 at B&H (i.e., less than $1/GB vs. the 2017 ~ $3/GB quotes).

I wonder if they’ll even bother with a price drop. Cameras that shoot internal RAW are still rare. Only Canon and BMD offer it under $10k even now I believe. It’s such an odd camera in terms of its mix of high end (RAW) and missing (TC and 10-bit) features that it’s hard to predict how it’ll go.

As soon as I signed back up a few weeks ago, I made a prediction about a C100 MKIII. It doesn't look like it's happening now but, IMO, a C400/500 MKII and C100 MKIII (or reasonable facsimile thereof) would be first to arrive, if they arrive at all. C200 is their NKOB and is likely to be allowed to grow old in the tooth.
