Amazing Quality Footage I have seen for GH1

Wow the lens are so expensive.
Any cheaper version to replicate the same quality?
Cooke S4i 12/T2.1, 50/T2.1



 
I thought these were amazing the first time I saw it, helped solidify my choice for the gh13. Even tho most dont have the lenes it nice to know the potential is there.

I love to hear a breakdown about what was done with the lighting.

Lots of details there, but as far as lighting goes I just used one of my Coollights 150w HMI's (My other's ballast is missing. So sad) and a fake Dinova or something wanna-be Diva Fluo Light.

The rest is bounce and natural light.

As far as lenses: There are very good SLR lens choices. Of them I'd say Contax Zeiss and Canon FDs. I don't feel like they get close to the S4i's in certain areas, such as distortion correction, color reproduction and especially highlight rolloff and flare control, but they are still excellent alternatives.
