Well... that's a photography question, based on how dense of a DPI you think looks good printed. At 300 DPI, you could make about a 13.5" x 7.2" print; at 100 DPI you could make a 41" x 21.6" print. So it depends on your opinion of how tight the DPI needs to be, and at what distance the print will be viewed. If it's for something hanging on a wall above people, you might be fine with 100 DPI or even less. If it's something that you're going to be handing to pixel-peepers, you might want 300 DPI or even more. Most digital cameras set the default at 72 DPI; at 72 DPI you'd get a 57" x 30" print. But 72 DPI is generally used for computer monitors, not for printing.Another nice feature of the DVX 200 is that you can assign the CAPTURE function to a user button to take still pictures. The size of still picture captured depends on the record mode setting. The great thing about this feature is that you can take stills images even while the camera is recording video. The maximum still picture size you can capture is 8.8MP (4096×2160) in a 17:9 aspect ratio. The only limit to the number of stills images you can capture is the size of your recording media.
I am very excited about this...How big are the prints that you can make from this?.
