Affordable canon full frame

That ef adapter also seems to be affordable. I do wish it had a ND option. Using ND filters on a bunch of lenses is annoying in my opinion.

That test footage looks pretty good and glad to know you can use ef lenses with an adapter and get good results. The Panasonic seems to give you more for your money than canon and sony. I'm curious, I own the Sigma 18-35. It's not full Frame though, right? How is it working on a full frame Panasonic camera?

As far as focusing results, I'm reading that canon and sony may have better autofocus, but Panasonic's new autofocus seems to be leaps and bounds better than it's old af system. Do you all agree?

The Sigma 18 - 35 mm was used in crop mode, which according to SlashCam is a worst case scenario for the autofocus, but I haven't used the camera so I can't say if that is a worst case scenario. I have the Sigma 18 - 35 mm EF-mount as well. As SlashCam mentioned on their website, it is a noisy lens when autofocusing if that matters to you.

I would say that Sony are currently ahead of both Canon and Panasonic for now as they have added/implemented an AI system to their autofocus. If you look up the new Sony A7RV on YouTube, you should be able to find several videos highlighting Sony's new AI system.

I wonder if you can purposely shoot cropped mode all frame rates? I assume yes. Like you said, probably not great for autofocus, but good to know you can still use a cropped sensor lens.

I went with the pocket 6k pro. It’s not full frame and it doesn’t have autofocus, but it will be a good b-camera with the ursa 12k. Plus, I can use my existing cards and lenses. Plus the bright internal monitor that is adjustable will help me not have to buy a lot of extra stuff. I think I made the right choice as far as an affordable solution that can produce nice images that will match my a cam.
