Affordable camera with internal 10bit 422 4K?

Yes FS700 is bad ergo. Though it add some good stuff like NDs, connection etc. IBIS is cool but for anything serious you need gimbal anyway. AF is more important and I think you lose that with speedbooster? Specially the cheap copies? So don't want to depend on boosters.

If AF is important, Sony, Canon, Fuji, Nikon (latest with PD sensors) provide usable solutions; other brands not there yet.

Left field choice. I was offered AJA camera for VERY good deal. Used of course. Very good ergo, full pro kit, S35 sensor, 4K proress so internal 10bit 422 and even 444 and up to 422 60p. I know it sucks in low light like BMD 4k. Same sensor as BMD rumor say. So if BMD is option I think this is better? Probably similar image. Of course still no ND and no AF. PL is no problem I have PL glass. Yes or no?

One concern with X-T3 is sound. I don't want to record sound separate. I read on other thread you can't even monitor sound? What about using a wireless system? I still have one of those beachtech.

False.

It has a headphone jack on the side.

I picked up the Sony PXW-Z90V before I got into the FUji ecosystem.

It has normal XLRs, IBIS, face detect AF, and 4K 10bit 4:2:2 recording.

Honestly - by the questions you're asking (it's good to ask and learn) - one of these types of cameras really may be best for you.

What questions is that? I have used full size high end camera for the last many years. I have not used DSLR or mirroless since GH2. I'm not up to speed on what's best to turn them into pro cams today. Or if they now come with pro features and which ones. I don't know if they have evolved or only got more megapixels. So I must ask. Is this not what forums are for? Mics for example need 48v phantom power. At least pro mics did. My mics do. Honestly if I have to treat the X-T3 like a cinema camera, thank you. Not gonna work. I already have a real cinema camera that I need to record sound separate, always have mattebox, etc, etc. I have a F35. Love it. Best camera ever really. But some projects F35 is overkill for the quality. So I'm looking for smaller camera for easier and projects. But if the X-T3 will make me work the same way I work with F35 I might as well shoot F35 and get that great cinema look. I'm looking for something easier to use. Was hoping for built in ND. But ok not deal breaker. But if I will need everything I need with F35 to have a shooting package then what's the point? It will be only lighter. Sacrificing quality for only weight is a bit much. Maybe I will have to go FS700 after all.

I'm not sure if you being funny or I'm just so outdated about what people use today. But this little cable generates 48v phantom power? Or the camera can send phantom power through that? Or pro mics these days are duracell powered? All my mics are 10 years old or more and pro mics. They all need phantom power. Back in the day people would use adapters like the beachtech. So nowadays pros don't even bother?

Passive cable for battery-powered mics. Beachtech & Saramonic can work. Here's two channels and 3 mount points- looks decent: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1419589-REG/saramonic_sr_pax1_2_channel_audio_mixer_with.html

Noise comparison of various brands, including Saramonic, Beachtech, and MixPre3:

Then you need to do what I do and use a MixPre.

Mirrorless is NOT the solution for you.

Ok thanks guys. Yes I'm starting to think my only option is FS700. Seems mirrorless will be too much hassle. Perfect would be fixed zoom lens S35 camera, light weight, with internal ND, internal 10bit 422 4K and nice mojo. Then I would not even need to use my PL lenses. Perfect for quick and dirty shooting. But I think this doesn't exist.
