I would guess you would see an af100a before a 200 with mild to moderate upgrades.
Panasonic is feeling the pressure from Nikon and Canon dslrs?????????
The buying discount and extra's offerings for the AF100 and the 250 makes me think they do!No.
The AF-100 was and is the answer to the DSLR fad.
Basically, it's why it was built. And I think it's still a great choice for those going from HDslr to a proper camera. It has all the bells and whistles except a 1:1 for focus. I still like my AF100. I probably won't let it go to finance another camera being that I won't get enough for it for what it can do for me. If and when they release the new lumix X lenses with a constant iris, the camera will have new life.No.

I've honestly never seen another AF-100 in person other than the one I had.

I'm OK with the m4/3 sensor as long at they update the latitude/resolution and codec .. that's worth sticking around for.
If they don't, they're going to lose some serious market share to Canon and RED ...

Throw in 1:1 modus for focussing.
I think Panasonic should not stay in a "sphinxian" silence for much longer. The things I'd need to know is: Will they stay with and protect the m 4/3 system (I hope they do), will they give owners finally some clarity if their current camera can develop firmware-wise, can they throw us at least a hint what their road-map will look like.
