Hi,
I have an interesting problem that I assume many of you have solved before.... I have been doing video at conferences. Power point slides via a computer projector on to a screen in a room with audience and a speaker. I video from the back of the hall. So far so good.
The problem last week was it was not a projector and screen but a 50 inch LED TV screen.... these are of course are back lit by florescent tubes. You are in effect shooting directly into the main light source in the room. This means if the exposure is set for the screen it is readable but the room is very dark. If the room is correct the screen is an over exposed white square (most slides at a conference have a white background and text on them)
Any suggestions?
I can make some compensations in FCPX when editing but I could do with a better setting in the camera.
