C100: AbelCine Custom Scene Files

Gary, where is the link to this? Been out of the country shooting so i have missed a lot but when I run a search at AbelCine for C100 scene profiles I get only C300 profiles.

Ah, now I see that these are the C300 files. there was a post on a blog saying that the C100 does not react the same as the C300 with the same profile. Cowpunk, Brian C Weed, where are you now that we need you. Heard you been running C100 tests.
 
I'm also very curious to how the c100 reacts to the scene files. Either way, at least we will have a foundation to work on to try and match.
 
Yes, I've played with your picture styles and they show off good results, but which C300 are we talking about matching up with? If the new firmware update fixes the color cast issue (was it green? can't remember and too lazy to look it up), then those C300s will match differently.

Plus, there are other's experience where they said they didn't need to do anything, so your results may vary. At least it's a starting place, requiring only some minor tweaking I would imagine.

First I've heard of anything like that being fixed in a C300 firmware update, do you have a reference to where you've seen that?

And then there's Noel Evan's experience with matching the two. Granted, things may change due to processing (a disclaimer I placed on the downloads) for anything that tries to change it, but at least you have a starting point.

I really need to get this color chart so I can start doing my own custom profiles.
