OK... I am nervous about posting this, mainly because I am a complete noob in video(quite literally... my degree is in Greek/Hebrew... not film). lol.

This is literally the first hour of using this camera, out of the box. I live in an apartent on the side of South Mountain, Phoenix. My main purpose on this was to check DOF. I must say, even to a noob, this camera is addictive! It's an amazing camera...

And yeah... I have no idea what the setttings were... Like I said, this was literally the first hour. It was cut in FCP, with some slight color correction... mainly because the desert this time of year is basically one color: brown. So, I pulled some greens and reds out, perhaps too much. I am SO open to suggestions. Bring the heat.

Very nice and clean.

Reminded me of the wife and I's trip to Sedona last month.

Technically, try not to record your zooms.

Zooming is for GETTING to the focal length you need.

Otherwise very nicely done.

Nice, my friend. I like the shot of the cactus against the sun. This camera's latitude is impressive and the colors realy shine.

Thank you for the positive feedback, guys. Looking forward to posting more when I have time.
