A year working with a 5D

Good job on the reel...looks like you've gotten some very nice stuff with the 5D :)

What the heck was that ball with everyone with masks on? I saw a guy in there with a dog collar on...

Again, nice work! :)

Great shots ,

For a reel I would get rid of those two shaky shots they stand out to much.
and the shots of the short movie where the highlights are clipped looks to "plastic e " .
You've got a good eye keep it up !

You have some great shots there in that reel.
On the the constructive side, I think you can still tighten the edit a little.

I agree with the shaky ones your rigth

for the highlights do you mean from 0.25 to 0.38?
Sorry maybe its my bad english , I understand "light too strong" when you say that. If that is the case, I know a lot of videographers are against white strong light, but to me it gives a good feeling of the high heat end sun of a burning summer afternoon (there was cloth all around the actors to lower down the sun level). Just to say that for some reason I'm not against it , I chose to do it, it was no acident. As for the plastic-e look that it makes, I didn't think of that expression , but your maybe right, maybe its also the compression over it ??. I'll look at the originals cause that didn't came to my eyes before.

Thanks very much for your comment and thanks to everybody for there encouragement.

The Ball was a big fashion magasin event in Paris :)

Im not against clipped highlights aswell as you say they can give a sense of time or temperature....just that the skin was looking abit plastic on one of those shots .Could be the compression ofcourse.

Keep it up !
